KUAK Level 2. Search and Rescue Training
Between 22-26 July 2024 (5 days), 2nd Level Search and Rescue Training was successfully completed with the participation of 7 KUAK Team Members at AFAD Istanbul Training Directorate in Yeşilköy.
Training Program
Day 1: Procedures to be followed by the Search and Rescue Team in the debris and camping area, entry into the debris and injured rescue operation.
Day 2: Entry into the debris and injured rescue operation.
Day 3: Entry into the debris and injured rescue operation.
Day 4: Entry into the debris and injured rescue operation, using methods of GPS (Global Positioning System) device.
Day 5: Search and Rescue Team Accreditation exam preparation, injured rescue operation from limited spaces.
